A great book

This is a great book! I bought it for my mom, and while she was a bit skeptical, she really liked a lot of suggestions. It reminded her of her love for archeology and sparked her interest in rock climbing. The funniest part was when she decided she wanted to take motorcycle lessons, which I'm not too thrilled about! We had a blast reading this book together.

A wonderful book for those over 50

This book is not just a collection of ideas, but a real action plan that shows that life is interesting at any age. I have already chosen five activities that I never had time for and have begun to slowly incorporate them into my life. Thanks to these new activities, I no longer feel bored, and my life has become more diverse. I recommend it to anyone who is afraid of boredom in retirement.

Lots of great ideas

It's more of an idea planner/journal sort of book rather than a written guide talking about the topic, just in case you were wondering. There's a lot of variety for the ideas in here so it keeps you occupied, keeps you moving and active and not letting yourself get stagnant. And that's a very important thing especially when you get down in age more. You gotta keep moving, both mentally and physically. I really like the ideas in here. From learning a new language, to (this one made me laugh) "parkour for seniors". And although the name is a little overexaggerated/comical for seniors, the concept is great and highlights a very important fact that seniors need to focus on training their mobility, strength and balance. There's lots of great ideas in here to try.
