Nights without tears and despair
I am the mother of an autistic child, and every night was a torture, with an ordeal of tears and screams and sleepless hours. Say Sleepy has been a veritable salvation for us. The book explains the reasons why our child has difficulty getting off to sleep and gives to parents real effective means of dealing with it without pressure, or remorse. By means of simple rituals and sensory play, my child now sleeps more peacefully, and I feel as though we are at last solving the problem of finding harmony together.
