Really good advice

Honestly? You might think some people would know the things mentioned in this book. But not everyone is as self aware as you are. Or perhaps youre that person needing guidance. Personally, I think more people need to read this book. So many persons get lost in their emotions and struggle to think logically and see red flags or really understand whats going on in a situation. This is one of those books I feel sometimes id rather hand off to "that" friend instead of trying (and failing) to explain for the millionth time why its not going to work, or why theyre setting relationship habits that aren't sustainable. Two thumbs up. Must read!
