I can't Pick a Favorite - So Many Great Dishes!
I really liked this cookbook—it was refreshing and full of recipes I’ll keep making again and again. The creamy chicken skillet was a standout, and my all-time favorite has to be the lasagna-stuffed portobellos. I also loved the chicken piccata, meatballs, and seafood chowder. Honestly, I could go on and on! The pictures are fabulous, and the recipes are easy to follow without a ton of fancy ingredients. A perfect book for anyone wanting to dive into the Mediterranean diet without feeling overwhelmed.
