I bought this book and have already tried several recipes. It seems to be a very practical and useful cookbook with delicious Mediterranean recipes designed specifically for treating diabetes.
Lots of Great Looking Recipes
Bought it for a friend with diabetes. He finds it difficult to maintain his correct weight so he wants to try the Mediterranean diet. The recipes are presented well with color pictures, prep time, serving size and cook time. Also included is nutritional information like calories, protein, carb etc. I hope he likes the book.
