Practical, time-saving, and approachable entry point
This cookbook is a great fit if you want healthy meals without spending hours in the kitchen. The recipes are simple, flavorful, and work well in the air fryer, with plenty of variety from breakfast to dessert. I especially liked the 30-day meal plan—it takes the guesswork out of what to cook. Some recipes are more “Mediterranean-inspired” than traditional, but overall it’s practical, easy to follow, and family-friendly.

A good and useful book. The recipes are simple, tasty and clear, which makes healthy eating enjoyable. Nice design. Each recipe is supplemented with a photo of the dish. There are many recipes, so there is plenty to choose from. And of course, a 4-week meal plan helps with choosing.From the already tested recipe, tasty and fast: "Air Fryer Meatloaf".
Tons of fresh ideas for my air fryer
