This cookbook is a great resource if you’re new to eating lectin free. The recipes are simple, tasty, and use ingredients that are easy to find. I really appreciated the 30-day meal plan and shopping list because they make it much easier to stay organized and get started. It feels practical and encouraging instead of overwhelming.

The self-diagnosis section was very helpful. It got me thinking about why i feel heavy after eating certain foods. In the cookbook i also found tips for healthy eating out. I have a hard time giving up sweets, so i liked healthy desserts section the most. I recommend the zucchini chocolate brownie
