I liked that everything is simple and easy to understand. Nothing fancy, just simple dishes that will help you stick to your chosen path without having to think too much.I would have liked a few places to have more practical advice (more tips, substitutions, or step-by-step instructions). El plan de 60 dĂ­as y los consejos de cocina por lotes son una maravilla para organizarse, aunque le doy 4 estrellas porque me ha dado pena que el libro no estĂŠ disponible en espaĂąol. Al estar solo en inglĂŠs, me resultĂł un poco difĂ­cil de leer y seguir algunas instrucciones al principio, lo que complica un poco la experiencia. Aun asĂ­, el contenido es tan valioso que merece la pena el esfuerzo para cualquiera que busque perder peso sin estrĂŠs.
