Easy to follow recipes
My husbands high blood pressure has forced us to change our lifestyle. I hope this diet works, but as a cookbook collector I enjoy that every recipe has a photo. The recipes are simple to follow and not overly complex. All the macros are at the end of the recipe so you dont need to hunt for them.
