I liked this cookbook

In addition to everything you normally find in recipe books, I appreciated the nice extra touches — nutrition and health tips, interesting facts about the ingredients for each dish, and the appetizing photos. The book is good and genuinely useful.

Easy recipes for staying in good shape

I've been getting into high-protein cooking to stay in good shape, and this book turned out to be a good find. The ingredients are normal, the steps are clear, and the meals actually keep you full. The weekly shopping lists are a big plus - make it easy to stay consistent.

Solid Recipe Book

I'd say this is a pretty solid recipe book. It also starts you off with benefits of why you'd use this diet and also things to be careful of in the diet. Honestly thought that the formatting could have used a little more refinement but that's a minor concern. There were images for every recipe along with the nutritional facts. But personally for me i especially liked the nurition tips, health insights and fun facts at the end of each recipe. That was a really nice touch. Overall, a pretty solid book.
