Real help for the liver

Well rounded book

Im really impressed by this cookbook. In addition to the wide variety of recipes, it also gives a lot of useful information on liver health and how to eat for liver health. It even goes into a small explanation of the different methods like steaming and roasting, and also spices and their benefits. It had a more all round touch that I really appreciated. And all the recipes looked great wjth images and in general the formatting and design of this book looked pretty spot on, and consistent. A real solid 5 stars
