Wonderful cookbook
I've picked this one to improve my wellness with the diet. Now it's my go-to guide. I consider it's a Guide, cause it talks you through all the details of Dash Diet and provides with 14 days mealplan. Now I am going through breakfast chapter and I'm pretty satisfied wth the recipes here.

What I loved most about this book was that it is much more than just a cookbook — it really teaches you how to slowly change your eating habits in a realistic and manageable way.
