A good collection of recipes

A decent addition to a low-carb diet recipe collection. The recipes are varied, the photos are appetizing, and the dishes offer a good variety. It’s a pity that the Kindle version of the book is not clickable, which makes it inconvenient to use, but the print edition is fairly well organized.

Most recipes are quick and tasty without trying too hard, the 28-day plan kept me on track, and while not every dish became a favorite, it still made eating healthier feel surprisingly doable.

Tasty recipes

This was a pretty nice cookbook with a lot of variety in the recipes. Everything was well organized and easy to identify and find. All of the recipes had tasty looking images, which is always a must in my recipe books. The only thing I wish is that it didn't force me to turn my phone landscape.
