I find this book very useful
I find this book very useful, mainly to give me ideas for new dishes I can cook-up. I like the explanation pages at the start that help explain why high protein etc and it covers the main meals but I like how it also includes soups, snacks, deserts and drinks. Great pics too so I can see what I'm making!
