The book is simple to read and friendly
There is so many smoothie ideas inside, I never get bored now. The recipes are easy to make and don’t need fancy ingredients, which is great for me. I make smoothies almost every day, and they taste really good and fresh. I feel more energy in the morning and not so heavy after drinking them. I also like the tips about storage and how to mix things better, very useful
So many new ideas!
I was stuck in my spirulina-banana-peanut butter rut and somehow was mentally blocked from thinking of much else, and wow! The book is packed with fresh, creative smoothie combos. Tons of variety, so now I have new ideas on what to shop for and am excited about my breakfasts.

I really enjoyed this book. The recipes are easy, quick to make, and very tasty. There are many helpful tips about choosing ingredients and storing your smoothies. I love that there are so many options for daily energy and healthy living. Very useful book — I make smoothies every day now. Highly recommend!
