Made Following Low FODMAP Much Less Confusing

Starting a low FODMAP diet felt overwhelming at first, but this cookbook made it much easier to figure out what to eat. I liked that the recipes use simple ingredients and don’t take forever to prepare. The meal ideas helped me plan my week without constantly second-guessing my choices. It’s a helpful book to keep in the kitchen if you’re trying to manage IBS while still enjoying good food.

Now I Finally Get the Gut Health Thing

Well…here I am thinking what’s all this fuss about gut health? and bam - all of a sudden I need it! Yikes! What I really liked is that the recipes lean heavily into salads and bowls, which happen to be my go-to meals anyway, so it was a perfect match for how I already like to eat. The recipes feel approachable and not overly complicated, which is important if you’re trying to change how you eat without turning cooking into a full-time job.And thank goodness it includes photos — for me that’s always a must in a cookbook. Seeing the finished dish makes a big difference when deciding what to try next. A great start to my new problem....bloat be gone!

Lots of Variety

I never realized there were so many things I could still eat while being on a low FODMAP diet until I opened this book. There are over 100 recipes, so you never get bored of eating the same three things over and over again every single week. From yummy desserts to hearty soups, there is a little bit of everything in here for whatever mood you are in that day. The pages are easy to read and the advice is very down-to-earth, which makes the whole diet feel much more doable for a normal person like me.
