Tasty, Simple, and Full of Flavor
The ingredients are simple and familiar, and I didn’t feel like I had to hunt down anything complicated. I especially liked that the meals still felt rich and flavorful even without meat or dairy. It made cooking at home feel fun instead of like a chore, and I’ll definitely be making a few of these recipes again.

Ich bin zwar kein großer Fan der veganen Küche, aber um in Form zu bleiben, koche ich solche Gerichte. Ich liebe jedoch die mexikanische Küche sehr und koche oft zu Hause – und hier habe ich gleich beides in einem.
Fresh, Flavorful, and Surprisingly Easy
I wasn’t sure how well Mexican food would translate to fully vegan recipes, but this cookbook really impressed me. The flavors still feel authentic, and I didn’t feel like I was missing anything. I’ve already tried a few dishes, and they were simple to make with ingredients I could actually find. It’s a great option if you want to eat more plant-based without giving up bold, satisfying meals.
