Great little book of recipes.

Great little book of recipes. This was a no-brainer since the focus of the book was Mediterranean. As the book confirmed the key to success is 1/2 vegetables, 1/4 protein and 1/4 carbs. Layout of the recipes is clear and well organized. Favorite recipe so far is the fish patties with lemon and herbs.
