Healthy, Delicious, and Every Recipe Has a Photo! What's Not to LoVE!
I absolutely love this cookbook! Every single recipe has a gorgeous photo, which makes it so much easier (and more fun) to pick what to make. The recipes are all diet-friendly without feeling boring or restrictive, and there’s a perfect mix of quick, simple meals and a few that feel a bit fancier—but are still totally beginner-friendly. I’ve already tried several dishes, and every one has been delicious. This is one of those rare cookbooks you’ll actually use all the time, not just keep on the shelf. I’m already hoping she writes another one soon!

Great set of recipes with clear instructions and color pictures. Loved the cheat-sheet in the beginning. Looking forward to trying these recipes.
