Good set of recipes

Why didn't I think of "prawn omelet" or "broccoli cheddar frittata". Two of the many recipes I am looking forward to try. The book has decent formatting with pictures and nutritional information for each dish.

Solid guide for anyone looking for clarity and confidence at the start of their journey.

This book is a handy guide if you’re new to high-protein, low-carb eating. I liked the variety of recipes and the clear nutritional info for each dish. The weekly meal plans and shopping lists make it easier to stay on track. Some recipes are familiar from online sources, but overall it’s a solid, beginner-friendly resource.
