Solid choice for Mediterranean recipes
I’ve gone through quite a few Mediterranean cookbooks, and this one was pretty good. Most recipes do take under 30 minutes, and the ingredients are familiar but used in creative ways. The layout is clean, with helpful photos and easy-to-follow steps. The 30-day meal plan is a thoughtful bonus, especially for anyone trying to stick to a healthier routine without overthinking it.
