I liked this book. It goes into great detail about what is needed for diabetes. It differentiates between all the different types of diabetes and helps us understand what each of them is. It discusses the importance of diabetes control and offers many meal plans for managing this disease.And most importantly, it provides many recipes that allow us to eat not only healthy, but also tasty.
