Good

I actually bought this for character names in a children's book I'm writing, not because I'm expecting a baby. There are definitely a lot of interesting and uncommon names in here, and I ended up bookmarking quite a few.

it is very nice idea

It gives meanings and background details, which makes the process feel more thoughtful than just looking at a list of names. Some parts felt a little too playful for my taste, and the organization could be better, but overall it’s a helpful and enjoyable book for parents looking for name ideas.

it’s a helpful and entertaining reference

What I liked most was that I kept coming across names that felt fresh or unusual, along with meanings that sometimes made me see them in a different light. It made the whole process of choosing names feel less stressful and more like exploring ideas rather than making a decision right away.
