It’s respectful of different levels of experience in the kitchen and encourages a sustainable, not restrictive, mindset.
A wonderful recipe book.
I am very happy with my purchase. It's a wonderful book with vivid pictures of the finished dishes. Everything looks very appetizing. I'm ready to cook absolutely all the recipes in the book! So far, I've only tried the muffins, and they are simply delicious!
Very quick and easy recipes
I’ve been a bit too obsessed these days with eating high protein meals and I usually fall into the same basic recipes and ingredients. This book is helping me to get a bit out of the ordinary. I also like that most dishes can be ready in 15–20 minutes. I also like that every recipe shows calories, protein, and net carbs, so I can make my choices depending on how much protein I need. The weekly shopping lists are also great to save time at the supermarket. The meal plan and bonus QR recipes are also a plus. My negative comment about this book is the photos. They are not real and you can see clearly that they were AI generated and many feel way far from a real looking meal. But if you don’t mind that, it’s a great set of recipes overall.
