Some nice recipes in a clearly written book. Would have liked some images to make this book perfect.

Loved the Recipes
Mediterranean Diet Cookbook for Beginners by Winona Olson has delicious recipes. The Paella and seafood ones were my favorite. I was missing photos of the food though. The tips and menu plans were very helpful. I highly recommend this book to anyone that loves healthy and delicious dishes.
