A couple of interesting ideas

This collection of Mediterranean recipes has taken a worthy place in my library. I love fish and vegetables, and here I found a couple of interesting ideas. Not recipes, but ideas, now I definitely cook better and more original than my friends. Thanks for the inspiration. The book itself is a worthy collection of recipes. It will come in handy in the household.

This cookbook is a good introduction to the Mediterranean diet! The recipes are simple and perfect for beginners. I love that it includes over 200 options along with a 30-day meal plan and helpful nutrition tips. It makes healthy eating feel easy and enjoyable. I did notice a few small mistakes, but nothing major - hopefully they’ll be fixed in the next edition. Overall, it’s a valuable and inspiring resource for healthier eating.
