Actually easy to follow and realistic

I’ve tried a lot of “high-protein” or “low-carb” plans before, and most of them felt either too restrictive or way too complicated. This book was a nice surprise.What I liked most is how straightforward everything is. The 28-day plan tells you exactly what to eat, and the shopping lists make things much easier. I didn’t have to overthink meals or spend time guessing portions.It’s not extreme like keto. You’re still allowed some carbs, which made it much easier to stick to the plan without feeling miserable or drained. The focus on protein really helped with hunger and energy, especially during the first couple of weeks.The recipes are simple but tasty, nothing fancy, just solid meals that feel like real food. I also appreciated that the book talks about consistency and progress instead of pushing “quick results” or unrealistic promises.Overall, this feels like something you can actually maintain, not just follow for a few weeks and quit. If you want structure without stress, this book is worth it.

Exactly what I was looking for.

Exactly what it says on the tin. Perfect meals set out and explained, and high protein, comes in much cheaper than some of the protein bars that are available. I was very pleased and shared the book with a few friends.
