I often deal with toxic people and at times, realized I might be toxic myself. This book helped me recognized those patterns and gave me clear steps to change. The strategies and bonus materials are practical and easy to follow. A useful resource for healthier ralationship and personal grouth.

Dealing with toxicity can be very challenging, its like dealing with ones flaws. This Author did a great job in explaining how to recognized toxic traits and how to get help to deal with same. Reading this book helped me to realize i too have toxic traits that i need to deal with highly recommended.
