A Fresh, Thrilling, and Deeply Engaging Dragon Fantasy
This book completely drew me in from the very first chapter. It has the perfect balance of fast-paced action and real character development, with young characters who actually feel their age and face believable struggles. Nahai is an unforgettable heroine — a healer with a hidden secret that sends her straight into the heart of the dragon-ruled academy, where every rule matters and survival is never guaranteed.I loved the unique twist on dragons and the intense, immersive world the author created. The training, the danger, the mystery, and the unexpected connections to characters from another series kept me turning the pages late into the night. Pedro Urvi has launched an amazing new series, and I’m already eager for the next book.A highly recommended read for anyone who loves fresh fantasy ideas, strong world-building, and characters you can truly root for.
Engaging and fun read
Honestly, this was a really enjoyable and captivating read! The plot is interesting, and it's easy to follow along thanks to the plenty of dialogues!
Solid Start to a Series
This book really feels like the start of a big saga. You get enough action and excitement in this first one, but you can also tell there’s more coming with the dragons and the war. Nahia’s secret makes her stand out as a character, and I liked watching how she handled herself in such a brutal school. It sets up the series really well, and I’ll be sticking with it to see how the story expands.
