This cookbook made the Low-FODMAP diet feel much less overwhelming. The recipes are straightforward, use accessible ingredients, and don't sacrifice flavor. I especially appreciated how beginner-friendly everything was. A great resource for anyone looking to support their gut health while still enjoying good food.

A great lifeline for low-FODMAP beginners

The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is that a few of the dishes turned out a bit bland for my taste. I know cutting out garlic and onions makes things tricky, but I wish the book experimented a little more with other safe herbs and spices to bring out more flavor. That being said, it has made managing my daily meals so much easier and less stressful, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a straightforward guide to get started.
