Great for beginners and busy schedules

I’ve been looking for something like this because I’m always short on time but still need to hit my protein goals. This cookbook definitely delivers on its promise. The recipes are incredibly straightforward, and I love that I can find all the ingredients at my local Target without having to hunt down expensive health-food stores. The full-color photos for every meal are a huge plus and actually make you want to cook. The sheet pan dinners have already saved me a ton of time after my evening workouts.

Fresh Recipe Inspiration!

I read a lot of cookbooks because I'm always looking for new recipes to add variety to my meals and this book did not disappoint.
