Worthy and knowledgeable
Having just been diagnosed with 2 autoimmune disorders, my doctor suggested I look into anti-inflammatory foods and adust my diet to include as many as possible. This book is such a wealth of knowledge and provided information that I had never even thought about considering, such as that it's not just about the diet, other areas of you life impact inflammation. I especially love that each recipe shows the different areas that the recipe could help and the recipes definitely have flavor. Definitely worth reading.
