This is a really good book for discovering the DASH diet, with a variety of easy and tasty recipes. The meal plan and tips are helpful for staying organized and eating healthier. I'm giving it 4 stars only because the meal plan is written in small font, which is hard for me to read. Otherwise, everything is great.
