Helpful but slightly confusing at first

The title caught my attention right away, because I’m familiar with ideas like tiny habits, but never heard of tiny interruptions. It sounds like distractions. At first, it was a little confused about what direction the book would take, since it felt different from what I expected. Once I kept reading, the concept became clearer, and ideas were thoughtful and useful. Overall it is an interesting read with a unique take.

Quick and effective micro reset techniques

The Micro reset book delivers exactly what is promises. It is well organized: present the situation, offers a doable solution that literally takes 1-3 minutes, and explain how and why this solution works.The breathing technique is already helping me.The chapter on managing multitasking is particularly helpful.This book feels like a handbook you can keep close and look at whenever you need it.

As a busy, moderately-stressed interim leader of a non-profit organization in the middle of a difficult transition season, I found the strategies in this book incredibly inspiring and helpful. In fact, over the couple of days that I read the book, I began practicing the micro-reset techniques that the author suggests.I look forward to becoming a person who understands how to automatically reset daily when work and life get difficult.
