a nice guide to empower your teen
This book is wonderful! It is well structured and includes small illustrations that make it more vivid and engaging. The explanations of what happens to teens' bodies and brains are especially helpful, as parents sometimes struggle to ecplain these changes in a way that truly addresses their emotions. The personality insights are interesting and give teens a better understanding of their temperament and personal traits. The "Brain Squeeze" pratices are thoughtful and encourage teens to work on their inner world and sel-image. Each chapter focuses on a topic essential for this age, such as nutrition, frienship, confidence, time mangement, and goal setting. The only drawback is that some of the exercises may feel a bit too advanced or demanding for teens who are full of energy and emotions, as they require extra effort and willpower. Perhaps that's intentionsl, but at times it can feel like additional pressure on a sensetive teen soul.
