Good cookbook for couples who want to eat healthy together
Really good cookbook! My wife and I cook it together, and the two-serving recipes are super convenient - no leftovers or wasting ingredients. The maels taste amazing even without mich salt, and most take less than 30 minutes.
The cookbook that helps
I was really into the author's approach: to talk readers through the deep details of heart healthy diet. It allowed us to realize how to structure our meals. I've already tried Shrimps with garlic, gonna make more.
Lots of great ideas
Favorite recipes from this book Baked Buffalo Cauliflower Bites and Spiced Salmon Fillets with Mango Salsa. Lots of great ideas, well organized and structured book. Ingredients are usually limited in number and preparation is not very cumbersome. Looking forward to trying some more recipes soon.
