Definitely worth it if you want a practical, realistic approach to healthy eating.

About balance

A good cookbook, useful for me. It's quite simple and easy to understand. I liked that the ingredients are simple and accessible. The book includes a theoretical section on how to balance proteins, fats, and carbohydrates. The various keto variations didn't work for me; I felt uncomfortable with them. So these recipes worked for me.
