A well organized, easy-to use cookbook that makes healthy eating simple and enjoyable. The recipes are quick, tasty, and don't feel like diet food at all. I especially loved the Lean Beef&Broccoli Stir-Fry. The 60-day meal plan is a great bonus for stress-free meal planning!
