Fantastic book to gain pointers and refocus.
This book has multiple fundamental and developmental steps that can improve your overall operations of your business. Some might be common sense for you and things you have in practice, others might be some friendly reminders that you probably need to go back and refocus, and there are some terms I haven't used before like "pricing psychology" and how your pricing makes you feel, but it makes sense as we have all gone into a location and got "sticker shocked" at the pricing and the value didn't match up. No mater your business knowledge and expertise; you are going to pull out several useful nuggets so you can bring back to your team.
