It includes more than 100 recipes + photos of what looks like the healthiest and tastiest foods you can eat.Other details such us prep time, serving size, and easy swaps are also included in this book to help you plan for your meals well in advance.

Love the salad recipes!

The mediterranean diet is not only healthy for the heart but has so many other health benefits as well. These recipes are delicious and easy to follow and make transitioning to this diet so easy. I especially like the delicious salad recipes in this book, as they are (as opposed to most other salads in recipe books) not only easy to make and healthy but also very tasty. My favorites are the blueberry and the salmon salads.
