Lots of Variety Here

There’s a nice mix of recipes. I like that it includes ideas for snacks, not just big meals. The grocery list is super useful, especially when planning ahead. You don’t need anything fancy, which I appreciate. I’ll be using this one often for weekday dinners and even lunch ideas.

I've tried Couscous-Stuffed Eggplants for lunch and Olive Tapenade with Capers and Garlic as snack, and they are delicious.
