Comfort Food with a Healthy Twist
The meals feel comforting but still healthy. I didn’t expect to like the lentil soup as much as I did. I also liked the little tips throughout the book. Makes it easier to stay on track without getting bored. The format is friendly, and I appreciate how it’s not trying too hard.
