A practical and inspiring guide
This book is super easy to follow and full of recipes that actually taste good. I love how simple the ingredients are and how clearly everything is explained. Guides that are definitely helpful.
Solid choice of recipes... would benefit from photos!
This book is a great introduction to anti-inflammatory eating, especially if you’re looking for something straightforward and beginner friendly. The 31 day plan is a nice touch and takes the stress out of meal planning. Recipes are clear and use mostly common ingredients, though a few were a bit harder to track down. The biggest downside is the lack of photos... it would’ve been helpful to see what the meals should look like. Still, a useful and well-organised resource.
If you want to try anti-inflammatory diet
I got this book not long ago and honestly I didn’t expect much, but it surprise me. The recipes are really easy to follow, nothing too complicated. I’m not a big cooker, but I could still make some dishes without stress. The food actually taste good, not boring like I thought “healthy” food usually is. Only small thing – some ingredients not always easy to find in my local shop, but mostly it’s fine. Also the book is pretty big, so sometimes I just scroll and can’t decide what to make.
