be in control

I have come to regard this book as my best source for learning how to be more in control and less anxious. I had gotten so worn down by burnout, impulsive decisions, and being overwhelmed by my emotions. I then came upon a way to train my brain through creative visualizations, to manage my impulsiveness and to better handle mood swings, and to increase my concentration. I am starting to regain control over my life and I find it easier now to meet daily obstacles.
