A story that grips you

The book hooked me from the very first chapter. What really stood out is the pacing: fast enough to keep me turning pages late into the night, but with enough depth to make the emotional stakes hit hard. The blend of suspense, family drama, and raw emotion makes this more than just another dark thriller.

An addictive, well written action fantasy novel

Good books grip you from the start and this one does just that! It is fast paced and gets straight into the action. No need to read three or four chapters before the book comes to life - it got me from the fist few pages. If you like action fantasy novels you will love this book. It has some great characters in it and the author does a good job of bringing them to life. A bit cheesy in places and I don't like all the swearing but it is an addictive, well written action fantasy novel.
