About the Book
You know what's worse than my ex-husband? The apocalypse.
That's why I’m putting the past behind me as I drag my best friends to safety. My ranch is the perfect place for us to lay low while the world falls apartas long as I can survive the small-town drama.

But I wasn't expecting to come face-to-face with a smoking-hot trespasser who says he owns my property now. Kieran has another thing coming if he thinks he's staying on my land. I don't care if he's working for the government or trying to solve some sort of apocalyptic prophecy that might involve me and my friends.
I’m definitely not swooning over his brooding scowl or beautiful eyes that seem to stare into the depths of my soul while he warns me to stay away.

A story filled with fabulous fun
This novel is a gripping blend of survival, dragon-fire action, and simmering romance. The compelling heroine navigates prophecies and power struggles in a uniquely built world. Despite a few slower moments, it's a thrilling ride from start to finish.
Ahhhh!
Loved it so much! Dragons, apocalyptic world, a Mother Earth with designs of her own, female friends, baddies getting what they deserve, and prophesies... nom nom! Was different enough that I'll probably remember it, and with just the right tropes to get me hooked. A few moments left me confused about what was happening, but overall, it was great for romantasy lovers and perfectly set up book 2.
A Thrilling Mix of Action, Romance, and Fantasy
This post-apocalyptic novel delivers a thrilling ride from start to finish. The heroine is constantly on her toes, balancing dragon fire and prophecies while navigating relationships and power struggles. The chemistry between her and the mysterious government agent adds an intriguing layer to the plot, while the small-town drama keeps things interesting. The world-building is fresh, and the story weaves survival, romance, and politics in an engaging way. Though some parts slowed down a bit, the overall excitement kept me hooked.
