Lots of recipes.
I liked this book. The recipes are simple, tasty and understandable, which makes healthy eating enjoyable. There are many recipes, so there is plenty to choose from. And of course, the 30-day meal plan helps with choosing.
Simple recipes
The low-carb diet reminds me a lot of keto. It's probably just a different name, because the principles are the same. The recipes I found in this book didn't cause me any difficulties in cooking. I think the book's design could use some work, but I liked the recipes. I'll add it to my cookbook collection. I started making desserts more often, because I used to avoid them, but now I can indulge in them.
