Super simple, quick and easy to read

I love cook books that are super simple, quick and easy to read / follow with lots of good quality pictures to inspire you and this is what this book delivers. I also really like the nutritional information and dietary variations for the recipices. It even has weekly mean plan ideas at the back so great if you're getting bored with your food! I'd like it if the formatting / text was a bit bigger / clearer but that might just be my eyes!
