So Many Receipes - Great Though Out Program
Helping my Mom get back on track with her diet is making us both better eaters. These recipes are approachable and use ingredients you can actually find at a normal grocery store and in your own pantry (always a plus in my book). I also liked that the meals don’t feel overly restrictive or bland.....love the soups. There’s a nice variety, for breakfasts, dinners and even desserts—so you don’t feel like you’re eating the same thing over and over.
