Not a lecture, just useful guidance
I wouldn’t say I’m fully burned out, but I’ve definitely had moments where I felt close to it. This book was helpful because it didn’t make me feel like I had to be in crisis to get something out of it. The tips are simple, things like setting boundaries and shifting how you approach work, and they make sense even if you’re just trying to keep stress from piling up.It’s written in a clear and supportive way, so it feels more like gentle guidance than a heavy self-help lecture. For me, it worked as a reminder to pay attention before things get too overwhelming.
Good read with some useful tips
I found this a really interesting read. I especially found useful the early parts of the book thar deals with strategies to prevent burn out in the first place. Prevention is better than cure.
